This is a never ran paint scheme that was shown at the press
conference in Talladega in late 2006 announcing Shell/Pennzoil
as RCR & Kevin Harvick's new sponsor for the 2007 season. It's
not 100% accurate, I've combined the press conference car with
the actual car he ran in 2007 to get this scheme. Car comes
with pit crew and is rated. Thank you :)
